Global Punjabi association organized Punjabi Kavi Darbar which was held at banquet hall of Hotel Satkar on 17 th of February, 2013 at 7.00 pm in Thane. Celebrated poets from Punjab and Haryana recited their poems on the occasion which included Paul Kaur, Gurtej Koharwala, Madan Veera, Janmeja Johl, Manjit Indira, Jaswinder, Tarlochan Tochi, Anu Bala and Rajinder Pardesi.

Mr. Raman Khurana, further informed that they shall be staging two Punjabi plays every year and thus shall provide a helping hand to the Punjabi theatre in Mumbai.

With Kavi Darbar, Global Punjabi Association again created a new step towards a social cause.
